How does a customer pay for the auction they won?
Shortly after a customer wins an auction, they will receive an email indicating they won with a link to the auction purchases page. They can also reach this page by navigating to their account page and clicking View Your Auctions.
If there is not a link to the account page on the top right corner of your store, please see Step 2 in the Getting Started guide regarding enabling customer accounts. If there is no View Your Auctions button, please contact support as we may need to adjust the button for your theme.
The Ready for Checkout page displays all of the auction listings a customer has won. Customers can add the auction listings to their cart from this page, and follow the standard checkout process to finish payment.
